Again, I thought it was about time to update you on my current beauty favourites! As I said before, I'm not going to be doing monthly favourites anymore, simply because I don't always have new things to talk about every month, and don't want to talk about products for the sake of making a post out of it. However, I do currently have some new favourites in my skincare/makeup routine which I wanted to share with you, especially as we're getting into Spring/Summer and I like to start mixing things up a little!.....(even though it's currently raining in London noooo).

1) La Mer Hydrating Serum
I actually got sent this as a PR gift from the lovely La Mer team which was amazing, however I wasn't sure I was going to get along with it. I've got oily/combination skin as you might know from previous blog posts, and so using a hydrating serum in my skincare routine was something I thought would add more oil and shine to my face. But after using this for a couple of months now, I absolutely love it! It's hydrating on the skin but sinks in straight away, leaving your skin feeling soft and plump and it feels like a mini skin treat every time I use it. I've been using it every other evening as the last step in my skincare routine and it definitely adds the moisture back into my skin after a day of wearing makeup. Now I wouldn't say this is an essential product that you need in your life, but if you love luxury skincare and enjoy spending time on your skincare routine then I'd definitely say this is would be up your street.

2) Jo Malone Shower Oil: Peony and Blush Suede
This was a gift from one of my best friends for my birthday back in January as she knows how much I adore this brand. I feel like you can't go wrong with any Jo Malone products as they all smell amazing. I'd never tried a shower oil before, and it was something that I probably would never buy myself, but having had this in my life now I would definitely re-purchase. Not only does a little go a long way, but it leaves your skin feeling like velvet after a it's in my favourite scent; Peony and Blush Suede. I also use this in the bath too as it has the same effect, and I definitely think using an oil instead of a gel is more hydrating and luxurious on the skin.

3) Revlon Colorstay Foundation
This is the newest foundation in my collection and one that I picked up on a whim one day in Boots. It's tailored to oily/combination skin which is what firstly caught my attention and the shade range is amazing. I now wear this most days as it's really comfortable on my skin, stays on all day and has a great medium coverage which is what I like during the day. Definitely my new favourite drugstore foundation.

4) Bare Minerals Concealer
This is something I picked up last month after hearing a lot of good things about it, and it definitely didn't disappoint. I bought this in a few shades lighter than my skin tone so that I could use it underneath my eyes as a brightening concealer. It's great coverage, hides dark circles and definitely brightens up the area a lot. I'd say it has a satin finish and it find it doesn't crease underneath the eyes either if you set it with a powder.

5) Tom Ford Lipstick: Sable Smoke
Yes I know this is a very expensive lipstick, but it's one thats been on my list for a very long time and it was one of those 'treat yourself/why not' moments I had in Selfridges. This is my perfect Spring/Summer nude, purely because it's got a slight hint of peach in it, rather than pink or brown. It's on the darker side of nude lipsticks which is perfect for my skin tone as it doesn't wash me out, and it's so creamy and comfortable to wear.

6) Becca Highlighter: Champagne Pop
This highlight oh myyyyy god. It's actually like putting gold onto your face, which sounds horrible but it looks amazing! A little goes a long way, but it catches the light so well and looks amazing teamed with a peach blush (which I'll get on to...) but I can't believe I didn't try this sooner. This gives you the ultimate bronze goddess look that everybody wants to achieve in Summer, and I literally just want to put it everywhere!

7) Clinique Blusher: Peach Pop
This is an oldie but a goodie. I've recently put my more pinky blushes away and brought back the good old peachy tones. Peach tones to me are a must for your makeup in Spring/Summer and this blusher is one of my all-time favourites that I've just rediscovered. It's not too bright (even though it looks it in the pan I promise it's not) and gives you that gorgeous natural peachy flush to the cheeks, and as I said before....teamed with the Champagne Pop highlight gives you 'bronze-goddess-Summer-holiday-glowing' cheeks!
