As the colder weather starts to draw in and this year is soon coming to an end, I can't help thinking and planning which trips I would like to go on next year. Travelling has always been a passion of mine and I have been lucky enough to already visit some amazing countries and have incredible experiences by the age of 22.

Of course I'm not expecting to visit all of these places in the coming year, but I like to start thinking about my top 10 dream destinations to visit, as I always think it's good to set yourself goals and dream big! One of my favourite bloggers who you probably already know 'Inthefrow' did a similar post recently which definitely got me thinking about where I would like to visit if I had to narrow it down to the top 10...

1) Edinburgh:
Even though I live in England, the furthest North I have been is Yorkshire and I have never made it far enough to visit Scotland. However, Edinburgh looks like an amazing city full of culture, life and quirkiness, and the perfect place for a weekend away or small city break.

2) Australia:
Somewhere I would like to visit for at least a month or so, to make sure I fully got to appreciate the country and experience all it has to offer. The beaches look amazing, the weather looks amazing and it's laid-back lifestyle is something that's definitely up my street. Sydney and the Gold Coast would definitely be my first stop off.

3) New York:
Bright lights, big city! This place has always been high on my wish-list and for good reason. Amazing shopping destination, fashion hotspot, beautiful architecture and buzzing atmosphere. There is so much to see and do in New York and I'm forever reading up travel guides on this city. Hopefully will be able to tick this one of my list later next year...*fingers are crossed*.

4) Bali:
This is probably one of the most easily photogenic places on the planet. It looks tranquil, colourful and has an array of dreamy resorts. Who doesn't want to visit a place with white sandy beaches and thousands of palm trees?

5) Iceland:
I have always been fascinated with volcanoes ever since I studied Geography at school, and Iceland is full of tectonic beauty. As well as the volcano, there is the amazing thermal blue lagoon, huge glaciers and active geysers, something I have never seen before. There's also the chance to see the Northern Lights which would just be a once in a lifetime experience, and the tour guides are educated in knowing the best times to go and watch.

6) Croatia:
This country has been described as a mixture of Italy and Greece, which just seems like the perfect combination to me. It's very up and coming and has so much to offer in terms of culture, as well as excursions to many of the tiny islands off the coast which all look so beautiful. A perfect mixture of beach and city life.

7) Africa:
I've been lucky enough to visit Malawi in Africa before and I completely fell in love with it, but I would love to go back to another country and maybe undergo some charity work with local communities or volunteer with wildlife charities. There is so much culture and eye-opening experiences to be had in Africa as well as exploring it's amazing landscape. There's also nothing that beats seeing elephants and other wildlife in their natural habitats - truly incredible.

8) Canada:
A country full of lakes, mountains, waterfalls and evergreen trees. Canada looks like the best place to take it back to basics and spend time outside. I'm not usually one for lots of hiking, but in a place like this where there is so much to see and so many beautiful landscapes to take photos of, I definitely wouldn't complain.

9) Sweden:
Swedish bloggers are some of my absolute favourites and they're style and surroundings always look incredible. Everything seems very natural which I love, and I've heard the major cities are full of inspiration and life.

10) Venice:
I've never had the chance to go to Italy before, but seeing as Italian cuisine and style is my favourite, I'm sure I would fall in love with it. Venice seems like such a beautifully romantic city with so many quirky streets to get lost down, as well as getting around by canal boat which I think would be so relaxing. Not just that, but Italy in general is renowned for being one of the top major fashion countries in the world and would offer so much inspiration *lots of heart eyes*.

Where is top on your travel wish-list?
Have you been to any of these places before?
