Since it's coming up to festival season here in the UK, I thought I'd share my top 5 festival accessories with you, to get you prepared for the fun weekends ahead!

Not only are hats great for protecting your face from the sun, but they're also perfect for when you're camping in a field for 4 days without your normal hair products! It's the best way to hide your un-tamed hair whilst still adding a lot of style to an outfit.

Hair pieces:
Festival style is especially known for it's cute hair braids and flowers braids to give your look the ultimate boho vibe, so remember to pack some different hair pieces that you can add into your daily looks to change up your hairstyles. I usually like to take some flower clips and lots of hair bands to create messy buns and braids.

Statement jewellery:
Usually I like to wear simple, delicate jewellery, but at a festival you can definitely go all out. It's fun to experiment with more statement jewellery and colours to really mix up the textures in your outfit. Coming up to festival season you'll see lots of statement pieces coming into shops which incorporate tassels, beads and feathers into jewellery. I don't think you can really go overboard at a time like this, stack up the bracelets and rings!

Cross body bag:
You really don't want to be carrying around a big handbag at a festival because you want both hands free for dancing, exploring and holding food/drinks. So its really important to have a cross body bag which you can just swing over your body and not have to worry about leaving behind somewhere! Make sure you've got one with a secure zip on it too so that your money and valuables don't fall out in the crowds, especially when dancing!

Of course you can't complete a festival look without sunglasses! Hopefully the sun is shining on the festival weekends (we hope) but even if it isn't, I think sunglasses complete an outfit at a festival! I usually take a couple of pairs with me to mix and match (and also in case a pair break), and again, the more statement the better!

What's your festival must-have?

Lots of love,
