I can't believe October has already been and gone, it doesn't seem a minute since Summer ended and now we are fully heading towards the coldest months of the year (and Christmas yay, but lets not mention that too much yet). Here are a few of the things I have been loving through October....

BodyShop Tea Tree Oil
This month I have been suffering from a few breakouts and this little pot of joy has saved my skin! I just apply a few drops to the problem areas on my skin before I go to sleep and by the morning the breakouts have almost dried up without becoming flaky or red.

Urban Decay Naked Palette
I've had this palette for a couple of years now and I still love it as much as I did when I first bought it. The warm golden/brown tones are perfect for this time of year and you can create so many different looks with it. Recently I've loved wearing the shade 'Half Baked' and 'Toasted' for an evening eye look to create a golden/plum smokey eye. During the day I usually wear the shade 'Sin' all over the lid with either 'Buck' or 'Naked' through the crease.

Maybelline Colour Tattoo (Creme de Nude)
I've now collected quite a few of these little pots in different colours and I love the creamy formula and long-lasting wear of them. However, recently I picked up this nude shade to try out as an eye primer because I thought it could work quite well (and it does!). I put this all over the lid before applying eyeshadow and it makes them last so much longer than without it. It's also a great dupe for the Mac Paint-pot's in the shades 'Painterly' or 'Soft Ocre' if you're looking for a cheaper alternative.

Aussie Miracle Recharge 'Colour' Conditioning Spray
I've been looking for a leave-in conditioning spray for a while now and came across the Aussie range. I love their shampoo and conditioners anyway so decided to try out one of theirs. I went for the 'colour' spray because I thought it would enhance the highlights and add shine too. I haven't been using it for very long but I can already notice that my hair is a lot softer through the ends and has an extra shine to it - so far I'm impressed.

L'Oreal True Match Foundation
I recently wrote a review on this foundation so if you'd like to know why I love it so much then give that a read! But in summary, I love the new formula of this foundation as it feel lightweight on the skin whilst still giving a medium-full coverage. It definitely doesn't feel and look like a budget foundation but it is (winning!)

ChloĆ« perfume -
This perfume is my all-time favourite scent in the world and I only ever wear it on special occasions because I want to save it as much as I can. But this past month there has been a few birthdays and nights out happening, and so I have been spraying this more often than usual (come Christmas and I'll probably be out of it). It's a very sophisticated and feminine scent without being too sweet which I love - I'm more into woody/spicy scents than floral ones.

Real Techniques Sculpting Brush -
This brush is the latest one to join my growing collection and I love it. I love the Real Techniques brand anyway and all of their brushes are brilliant in different ways, but this one may be one of my favourites! It fits perfectly in the hollow of your cheeks to create the perfect contour, and because it is quite a dense brush you are able to blend out any harsh lines very easily.

Zara Black and White Checked Scarf
I absolutely love wearing chunky scarves throughout Autumn/Winter because they keep me so warm even if I'm not wearing a thick coat or layers. This Zara scarf is perfect because the monochrome pattern goes with almost all of my coats and jackets and looks great against khaki, camel and grey tones too.

What have your October favourites been?
